Kitchen is fully equipped, linen (change weekly against charge), hand- ,bath- and dishtowels (change every second day), toilet paper, cleanser, hair-dryer, cosmetic tissues, beds for small children + linen, highchairs for babies, baby bath tube, separate entrance to the apartment, a giant trampoline, own parking ground, barbecue facilities, closed room for bikes, heated room for skis and boots;

Our guesthouse is situated in Thumersbach, the sunny side of Lake Zell only 100 m to the ski bus station (with a valid ski pass and ski clothes the bus is free of cost). Only 7 walking minutes to the lake and 5 walking minutes to the center and to Appartementhaus Hollaus.
